Hello, my name is Shamus Hays I’m a film major at Drexel University. I started making films when I was six years old in my driveway with a hot wheels camera and it never really stopped. One of the reasons I love making movies is simply to get an emotional reaction from people. People enjoy film as a medium because it gives us stories that are so out of our world and so far from home and yet still have simple human elements that let us connect to them in some way. Creating these elements for people can also create an emotional experience for them as well, and that’s such an amazing thing to be able to give to people. I’m currently in my sophomore year at Drexel and would appreciate any donations to help me keep doing what I love.
